Palm Alarms Workshop by Creation Zone

Who Doesn't like waking up to Indiana Jones?
Creation Zone has come up with some GREAT replacement alarms!  Not only are they fun, they are LOUD.  Instead of the boring (and quiet) stock alarms that come with the Palm, Creation Zone has pumped up the volume as high as it will go and has about 120 different sounds, songs and even movie and television tunes that make hearing those pesky alarms fun!  Additional alarms are updated every few weeks and registered users get access to special holiday alarms, as well as about 8 months of archives.

And the list is MUCH longer than this!
Loud Enough to wake the dead
To be honest, I'm not a regular user of alarms, at least I wasn't until I heard these.  Creation Zone passed the trial by fire the morning after they sent me the alarms.  I loaded them on my Palm that night and set a 6a.m. alarm.  I left my Palm in my office next door to my bedroom as I usually do.  I had my regular alarm clock set for 6:15a.m. and guess what.  I actually woke up to Indiana Jones from a room away!  I was sold.  The amount of alarms and variety is simply astounding.  Creation Zone is cranking them out steadily and when you pay the fee, you are getting a service, not just a file with some alarms.

Basically, you pay a 'subscription fee' that entitles you to all the alarms and all future updates.  After a simple hotsync, you have all the sounds available.

Could it be perfect?
One thing that would be really cool would be some way to compile your own list of alarms so that you don't have to have ALL the alarms stored in your Palm.  I happen to love the Indiana Jones theme, but I don't care for the Cheers theme.  To be able to create my own custom list would be WAY cool.  After speaking to the folks over at Creation Zone, they told me that there is a program out there, Alarm Pro that will do just that.  I'd like to see this program bundled with the alarms, or at least available on their web site.

One other thing I would like to see is more integration with other applications that use alarms.  Datebk3 and ToDo Plus use these alarms but I'm not sure what else does.  A compatible applications list at the Creation Zone site would really be helpful.  These replacement alarms are so good I want all my applications to use them!

Creation Zone Palm Alarms are available at PalmGear for $10.  The updates are emailed as they are created.

What I like:
Huge Variety of sounds
Alarms are LOUD

What I don't like:
No sound file editor bundled with the sounds or at the site.
